Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, Metropolitan Opera Radio on Sirius Channel 85 will offer up to four live Met performances each week and is commercial-free. The full schedule of live broadcasts through the end of October is listed below.
In addition, the channel will air approximately 45 archival performances each month. These performances, culled from 75 years of Met radio broadcasts, have all been restored and remastered for the new channel. Highlights from the October archival lineup include:
